Self-Lifting Swing-Out Doors

The Renlita Flex system is a self-lifting swing-out door designed for flexible opening requirements. The single horizontal panel tilts vertically on a hinge and glides upwards, assisted by gas strut operation.

  • Structural Independence: The aluminium-framed panel requires no overhead structure or ceiling penetrations. All structural loads are managed within the jamb assembly.
  • Operation Types: Standard manual operation via gas strut hinge mechanism. Optional motorised insect or sunscreen systems available with wireless remote control.
  • Engineering Precision: Extruded aluminium frame sections with EPDM glazing wedges deliver consistent performance to L/120 deflection standard under 25 lbs/sq ft wind loading.
