PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Counterweight-Balanced Vertical Lifting

The Renlita Lift system is a counterweight-balanced vertical lifting door designed for monumental openings. Instead of relying on overhead tension springs or load-bearing structures, the system utilises concealed counterweights that allow the frame to rise vertically on a roller track behind the header.

  • Structural Independence:
The structural load is entirely contained within the jambs, completely eliminating the need for a load-bearing header or additional lateral supports.
  • Operation Types:
Available in manual operation (capable of being moved by hand without special tools) or motorised via the REDD HD™ direct-drive motor system.
  • Fail-Safe Safety:
Features a mechanical pin lock fail-safe device that automatically prevents door movement in the event of counterbalance or lifting device failure.
  • Aesthetic Integration:
Counterweights are fully protected and concealed by removable pressed sheet covers (aluminium or steel) for a clean architectural finish.
